Event Manager Resources

All members wishing to organise events on behalf of WES must first be registered as Event managers. In order to achieve this, they must

1. Read and understand the event managers handbook (below)
2. Complete the Proof of Learning document (below)

Once completed, the proof of learning should be sent to Kayreen Jones (instruction inside the document) for review. Successful completion of the proof of learning will result in the designation of Event Manager being awarded for a period of 5 years.

(please note that the handbook has been updated to clarify the types of shows that can be offered by outside bodies ( Affiliated and Appendix shows)and where classes can qualify for National show Champ Classes. In addition, the handbook now clarify the minimum number of classes to be offered for a WES show to be approved.
