The role of judge is very important, so we take great care to choose judges with the right mix of experience and qualifications. Every judge follows strict rules and processes, so wherever you compete you get the same high-quality feedback and scoring for your performance. The WES Judges Committee makes sure everything to do with judging is consistent and appropriate.
