You voted, and what a yes it was

All three changes to the Constitution passed. More than 250 members backed each one, and over half the membership voted.

A few weeks ago we asked you to help shape the future of WES. You did. The vote has closed, and every one of the three changes has passed.

Only a handful voted against any of them. Thank you to every one of you who took part.

What happens now

• Roles in pairs, so nobody carries a job alone.
• Volunteers recruited from anywhere in the country.
• A volunteer champion on Council.

And more to come: more shows around the country, and a fresh approach to bringing judges through.
