Recent Changes (highlighted in yellow in the rule book)

SECTION 1 Membership: The new Pros membership has been added.
SECTION 2 Animal welfare: Inhumane treatment section has been expanded
SECTION 3 Violations section has been updated to include "Horses under the age of 4 may be shown in-hand after July 1st in their first year”
SECTION 4 Disciplinary procedure has been updated to make it clear the consequences and penalties refer to WES Shows and events for all other behavioural or governance matters (e.g. online conduct, complaints about officials), the Society’s formal Disciplinary Procedure and Code of Conduct shall apply.
SECTION 6 Performances classes. 6.6 A new points allocation map has been added. 6.8 Championship Qualifiers and Classes has been updated
SECTION 14 NEW In-hand Trail section
SECTION 15 Ranch Trail. Drag obstacle updated for Youths - "This Obstacle is not allowed in the Youth 13 &U division, and Youth 14-18 should be a straight drag between two posts.”
SECTION 22 Rules for Professional - updated to reflect the recently published changes.
