After competing at Affiliated Dressage for 20 years my wife said we need a change of direction and Abby joined WES in 2001 and after going to watch a few WES and AQHA shows I decided to join WES

in 2003 and the journey began. We have owned QH ever since, going to many WES clinics/shows tried out many western trainers, met and made a lot of good friends along the way. I was Area 8 Rep for 5-6 years which was great fun a lot of hard work (as all Area Reps know) organizing many Summer Camps Clinics and Shows, about 4 years ago Council was asking for help, (needed to put something back into the Society that has been good to us) after NOT much thought offered to help where ever I could, ended up as Area Rep Coordinator.

Now in 2023 I am excited to be working once again within my own area (Area 8) as WES Area Representative.
