he lovely Judge-Grief Family came up with a great idea to meet more Area 9 members and for more Area 9 members to meet each other ... lets have a Meet & Greet at their ranch on the edge of Thetford forest! Horses are optional ! You can just come to say hello, and chill out.
If you do bring a horse you can ride in the forest and if you want you can stay overnight.
If you are riding I recommend you wear a hard hat
Overnight stay is free in your own vehicle. There is a charge for overnight stay in their Bell tents -£80 and can cater for 6.... BUT other than that it is FREE event courtesy of Rusty's Ranch!
The outline plan : The whole day is pretty flexible but to give some initial structure: Those with horses could ride out in the Forest from 12pm and we can arrange dinner at say 5:30pm ? We can see what people would like nearer the time. Please bring your own drinks and refreshments. See the poster below for a few more details.
There are horse show throwing and Lassos if you want to have a bit of fun.
