here is capacity for max 12 rider-horse combinations: HARD HATS MUST BE WORN
The outline plan: Three, one hour sessions (4 people max) in the morning from 9:00am. Lunch break at 12:30 to 13:00. Then three one hour sessions (4 people max) in the afternoon starting at 13:15. The last session will be 15:45 to 16:45.
The working assumption is attendees would take part in a 1 hour session in the morning and another in the afternoon. We could flex that a bit if needed - for example two 1 hr sessions in the morning or afternoon, with a break in-between BUT that will be constrained by levels of participant experience as its more effective to keep groups of similar experience together rather than mixed.
Clinic price: Based on the above 12 attendees the Price is £75 (for WES members) for the two 1 hour sessions in a groups of 4 (max). To ensure its a full clinic I will open this up to non-members in the next few weeks. The cost for non-members will be £95.
Additional costs: A day stable is £15 (the charge has gone up £5 from the Jan show). The stables are empty so you need to take your own shavings or hay can be provided at small extra cost. The stables need to be left as found - empty please.
Hook ups: £25 If you want to power up your horse box whilst you are there.
Refreshments: I will have some Tea, Coffee and water plus some biscuits on-hand. I suggest you bring your own lunch ... OR you could get a Uber Eat or Just Eat delivery from the nearby McDonalds/ Gregs etc
