There is capacity for max 12 rider-horse combinations: HARD HATS MUST BE WORN
The outline plan: Three, one hour sessions (4 people max) in the morning from 9:00am. Lunch break at 12:30 to 13:00. Then three one hour sessions (4 people max) in the afternoon starting at 13:15. The last session will be 15:45 to 16:45.
The working assumption is attendees would take part in a 1 hour session in the morning and another in the afternoon. We could flex that a bit if needed - for example two 1 hr sessions in the morning or afternoon, with a break in-between BUT that will be constrained by levels of participant experience as its more effective to keep groups of similar experience together rather than mixed.
