I run a training company called NR Medical Training. I am a paramedic and my partner and co director is an EMT. We have recently created a brand new equestrian emergency first aid and trauma course. We found that the standard Emergency First Aid courses weren't really thorough enough to cover all the injuries you could sustain through riding accidents or whilst working with horses. We've worked closely with an experienced equestrian and have taken lots of feedback from other experienced riders.
We ran our first pilot last week and it went down really well and got amazing feedback. We would like to make more people in the equestrian industry aware of this 2 day course and wondered if you would like to know more about it or if you know of anyone who would benefit from it.

Learners will receive 3 certificates on completion of the course -
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)
Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF)
NR Medical Training certificate listing all trauma elements covered in the course.
We utilise live actors on our courses and use true to life prosthetics to simulate traumatic injuries. We're passionate about getting good quality training out to as many people as possible.
