25 years young! How time flies! It seems like only ten years ago that following some heated arguments within the ranks of the then Western Horseman's Association council, that Roger Wells and I got our heads together. We needed a constitution and rule book and an area plan in order for us to have something to work on for a new society for people who wanted to train to a higher standard and to get away from the mounted games/rodeo perception that western riding had at that time.
